Intro to Kayaking

Details: Our friends at Team River Runner are excited to help you learn the basics of whitewater kayaking! In this two-hour pool session, their team of experienced volunteer “river gurus” will provide all the gear and guidance you need to get started, covering fundamental skills, equipment, and movement techniques. No experience is necessary. Team River Runner also offers adaptive equipment to ensure an inclusive and supportive experience for individuals of all abilities.
