Details: We’re heading out to the woods with Chris McSpadden, founder of Mother Mycelium and resident mushroom expert, to learn how to forage for your very own edible mushrooms. On this hike we’ll learn basic mushroom anatomy, key identification features, where different species tend to grow, ethical harvesting practices, and important safety considerations for beginners. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of forest ecosystems and the fascinating role fungi play in the natural world. No prior experience required — just bring sturdy shoes, curiosity, and a sense of adventure.
